Welcome to Kuzu Meat, where we are committed to delivering fresh, chilled, and frozen meat through a distribution network equipped to ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Current Delivery Coverage

We currently provide delivery throughout the entire Eastern Province, including:

  • Dammam
  • Khobar
  • Jubail
  • Al-Ahsa

Through an equipped delivery fleet that maintains appropriate temperatures for fresh and chilled products.

Future Expansion – Riyadh Branch

After opening the Riyadh branch soon, God willing, complete delivery coverage will be added for the Riyadh region, including:

  • Riyadh
  • Nearby governorates according to expansion phases

The shipping policy will be updated as soon as the branch officially begins operations.

Delivery Schedule

  • Orders are prepared daily according to the work schedule.
  • Delivery is made within the same day or next day within the mentioned cities.
  • Duration may vary depending on distance or demand during peak seasons.

Shipping Fees

  • Delivery fees vary according to city and distance.
  • Shipping cost is clearly displayed on the checkout page before completing the order.
  • Free or discounted shipping offers may be available during seasonal campaigns.

Packaging and Preservation

We are committed to preparing and delivering products through:

  • Sealed containers
  • Appropriate cooling temperatures
  • Refrigerated transport vehicles (when needed)
  • Product separation by type to ensure the highest level of hygiene

Order Receipt

  • The customer or their representative must be present at the specified address.
  • Delivering the order to the customer or their representative constitutes completion of the delivery process.
  • The company is not responsible for any product damage resulting from delayed receipt or improper storage after delivery.

Changing Address or Delivery Time

  • Address or time can be changed before order preparation.
  • No modifications are possible after the order has been dispatched for delivery, and additional fees may apply.

Failed Delivery

A delivery attempt is considered failed in the following cases:

  • Customer not responding to driver’s calls
  • Absence of recipient
  • Incomplete or incorrect address

Since our products are perishable:

❌ Order cannot be resent
❌ Order value is not refunded

Products Arriving in Unsatisfactory Condition

If there is any problem with the product upon receipt (damage – error – shortage), it must be reported within two hours with clear photos, and the case will be handled according to the return policy.
